He shat all over Brolylegs for example, even though he wasn't provoked into doing so. Boogie on the other hand conveys a nice-guy persona while being a piece of utter human trash. He is being passive aggressive as fuck for example, and sometimes it shines through. Recently he shat over someone else, and admitted he did it because he didn't think they were a person of note (even though they turned out they were). On top of that, he lied about the message that person sent Boogie in order to look like a victim. He abuses people like you can see in the Lucy Foxx video. He just acts like a nice guy while being a piece of shit. I find that far more vile behaviour. At least LTG is harmless.
