Male on female homicides is at 22.7% Men have quite a bit to fear in regards to other men in that regard. He's trying to say that even if the violence against men is more frequent, the violence against women is still a bigger problem because the violence is committed against them because they're women. As opposed to for drugs, money, etc. Which is debatable at best.
