Topic	I don't understand bars

Sounds more like a club but where people don't bother dancing. A bar to me is a nice place to get out the house, catch up with folk and soak in some culture. Somewhere busy enough for atmosphere but not so busy that I need to wait more than a minute or two to be served. All of the bars are like what you want, its just that all of the college and high school students are out and they want to drink so they charge a cover for last night.
