The Mexican military has been fighting the cartels for over a decade now. They are losing. Many of the cartels members are former Mexican special forces. Nearly all the rest are guys that join the Mexican military to get the training and then leave to join the cartels. The cartels have no rules. They will kill anyone at any time for any reason, just because they can. It has mothing to do with Mexico "not caring" it has to do with the fact that the cartels have thousands of men with weapons just as good as the military and billions of dollars to fund their actions. --- Now Playing: "The Hunt for the Two Missing Nintendo 64 Games" An expansion came out, but I'm still a third of the way through! ...
