M_Live posted...How the fuck is this even remotely legal It's not entrapment when the vast majority of enrollees as well as all of the recruiters (who were also completely unaware that the government was running a sting op because all they saw was $$$) were fully aware that the college was a fake when they enrolled (let's not pretend that these kinds of scam colleges don't exist outside the government either). Only a slim minority of enrollees were apparently unwitting when they first signed up because they completely missed or ignored the bright neon red flags that the college was not what it appeared to be (and only a few of those tried to transfer out after they realized what was going on because there were no actual classes to attend when classes "started"). --- Hmm... ...
