Harassment is really common up here and I've seen people get bullied out of this place. The management team don't do shit about it either. Hell, I've seen a girl get routinely get bullied for months. She went to a supervisor about it and the supervisor fucking gossip that information with everyone and it got back to the people that were fucking with her and started going at her even harder.
