I too have storm anxiety, but I found that learning a bit about the weather and what is needed for storms to form and be severe has helped ease my anxiety. Before, When my anxiety flared up I became a nervous wreck and would be completely useless for a few days leading up to when the storms actually come. after last month where 10 tornado's touched down in one night it's not exactly easy for anyone in the state of texas to just shrug off the possibility of severe weather especially those who are still recovering and rebuilding i really don't think anyone needs to have their house destroyed by a tornado the day after thanksgiving --- Booping In The Scoop ...
