Topic	Man, just watched Detective Pikachu. Awesome movie (spoilers)
Zanzenburger 11/24/19 10:30:46 AM #8:	Considering pokemon's whole concept is "young hero heads out to become pokemon master", there really was no way to make a Hollywood movie out of that premise and not be cringe or a clone of the anime. The story that was told was fresh and new but still kept the heart of what makes Pokemon, well, Pokemon. Overall a decent movie.
