The combat feels lacking for several reasons, but especially because there aren't any throws. Two-on-one situations seem harder now because there aren't any easy throw opportunities, plus they're all attacking at once, rather than the situations in earlier Shenmue games. The stamina stuff isn't great, though. Most of it could be fixed by just making health slowly recover all the way, rather than having to munch garlic every 8 hours.
