So, RADM Green is trying to at least get Gallagher's SEAL Trident (his Special Operator warfare device that a SEAL gets once... they become a SEAL) removed. Which is only fair, considering the guy was found purchasing illegal narcotics and has committed a whole slew of infractions against the UCMJ since this whole case started. But now Donald is trying to even interject into that conversation.
