what are your diets like right now? try doing 2 meals a day. drink coffee or tea with minimal additives in the morning and in between meals to stave off hunger. load up on lean proteins, fiber, complex carbs, healthy fats, etc. eat stuff like steel cut oats with fruit and nuts and/or scrambled eggs with veggies and lean meats for breakfast, and stuff like grilled chicken, black beans, brown rice, quinoa, mixed veggies and mashed avocado for dinner. try to do this at least 3-4 times a week, but don't outright stop eating things that you love to eat or you will get burned out. just try to minimize them if they aren't very healthy. eat them less frequently and eat smaller portions when you do.

dont worry, we're dieting too. we've both done weight loss diets in the past, we've just hit kind of a plateau so we're trying to change things up.
