In Copenhagen you can go to Christiania, but it's still not really legal, but last time I was there people were selling it over kiosks everywhere and the cops didn't care. Tho I dunno how it is now, I know that they were getting harsher on that or something now I dunno. Also Netherlands, which is legal. Still, I could do it legally in Netherlands.
