figure out what your good at, and start building from the bottom. It may not pay immediately, but as your name builds and you start getting a following, then the money will show. A couple other suggestions:

Take an art class, or writing class. It won't help with your company per say, but it will allow you to look at details you don't normally notice. For example, I took an art class and it helped with my hand eye coordination. It also helps you learn about the color wheel, what colors work together, which will help you when building a website, or even to help you learn about synergy.

Learn about product placement. There's an old story that they put the milk at the back of the supermarket so you will go through everything else, which causes your mind to want to pick up things that you wouldn't normally pick up. You might only pick up the milk, but there is a good chance you'll also think "I need this as well", even when you don't need it.

Look at some motivational speakers on YouTube. Learn how they grow their business. Look at how they present themselves. Which also goes along with learning extra skills. Diversifying your business.

Learn to build a website. Doesn't need to be anything special right away, but as your business grows you can hire someone to make it look more professional, start selling merchandise, change up the language options. As Steve Jobs said in one of the movies about himself, having something so minor might not seem like a big deal to most people, but there will be that one person who really appreciates it.

Learn that people will disappear over time, but that it's important to just build a following of loyal customers. Take any Youtuber. They might lose subs now and then, but they have a core audience that still comes back to enjoy their product.

Finally, adapt with the growing market. Doesn't mean losing sight of who you are, but just adjust some things to keep your clientele steady.

Last thought.... I really should take my own advice lol.
