Thats honestly not a thing that happens. People get lazy and sedentary is what happens and they want an out. A typical 50 year old has higher testosterone levels than a typical 15 year old.

Generally speaking the data suggests that if it really becomes an issue by thirty you got genetically shafted. Steep drop offs in testosterone are expected by 60 not 30, not even 50.

Wear and tear takes its toll and a ton of people get more sedentary as they age but
the idea that you metabolism just disappeared is nonsense.



The idea that your metabolism maintains the same course of action past 30 is more nonsensical than what is being prosed here.
