Darmik 11/12/19 4:41:32 PM #22:	Yeah I think saying it's due to dumb decisions from the top is more fair than calling the developers incompetent. There's only so much they can do with the tools and time they are given. Stuff like changing engines and having issues due to that isn't a sign of incompetence. Often that's the norm. Uncharted 4 and God of War had troubled productions. But they also had people who were willing to give them the time they needed to figure things out.
