| Topic | Really don't know how to ask my girl's parents for their blessing. |

Asking for the permission/blessing of a girl's parents means you think in part they have an ownership over her. It also says to me you don't view her as an equal since you are talking to them first to get their approval over marrying their daughter. All that needs to be asked are these two simple questions: Do you love her? Does she love you? If the answer to both of these questions is yes then ask away.
