He got kicked in the jaw 4 years into his career, broke it in 3 places and lost 16 teeth. He quit the rodeo and became a tree sprayer. He sprayed trees until the day he died at age 86. Tree sprayer? I thought trees grew up from the ground, not sprayed out by a "tree sprayer" You know what he meant.
