Must be one of them Deep Fakes right Project Veritas has a long documented history of putting out videos that are edited so much that the meaning of the conversation is entirely misrepresented to push a narrative. I wouldn't put it past Project Veritas to literally splice the word "Clinton" from somewhere else into the middle of that sentence.
