The fact that he gives up on his kingdom and doesn't even care while he's there, and then just abandons it instead of assuming any degree of responsibility. Also this is kind of in character if you think about it. Thor was always more into fighting and being a warrior than leading and being a ruler. It makes more sense for something like this to happen than for him to turn around and become some perfect king of Asgard in a few days just because he managed to kick Hela's ass. Did he even really show strong leadership in Ragnarok? Not that much. He's still very young for an Asgardian.
