How's your insurance (medical and auto), and did you get the other person's insurance info?
I have pretty good medical insurance and ok auto insurance. Yeah, we swapped info. We actually have the same car insurance so it should be pretty swift if it's an "internal affair".

His. Negligent. He said he got distracted and wasn't watching the road and slammed into me. He admitted fault.
it's sounding to me like you didn't get a police report? because him saying it's his fault to you and him saying it's his fault to the cop and the insurance company are two different things. ---
