| A_A_Battery 10/31/19 6:28:54 AM #15: | A psychiatrist once told someone I know that normal people experience emotions like depression, sadness, etc. It's only abnormal when it lasts too long, whatever that is (I think a lot of this stuff is subjective). Personally I think this passionate "love" thing is more of the same. It's normal to be charmed by someone for a bit, but being unable to get over it is a problem imo. I think it's perpetuated by movies and media that romanticizes this "undying" love, when it's a bunch of heartache that needs not have happened. Everyone has what's coming to them in life. If you didn't get it, it is what it is. No different than crying over spilt milk. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
