True, but I'm only using salt because I'm too lazy and frugal lol. My cooking like this took like 3 hours for an entire week's worth of food for about 25-30$. I prefer to just throw sauce when I'm about to eat.

Plus, I'm living in a shared apartment with a family and they would get annoyed if I hog the kitchen for too long. Not to mention the fridge space for the marinading and stuff.
