The one loophole to my suggestion is that they can submit ID of folks who look like the participants, but then, how many people will lend their identity for that purpose? I imagine fake IDs are pretty easy to make these days, too. Not as easy as you think, especially the ones with complicated holograms. Might be good enough to fool a bored bouncer at a night club, or a dim-witted sheriff. Try and pass it at a bank, or a real cop? Your ass is grass. --- Time is a funny thing.
