How the heck did, in Part II, Marty Jr. even get caught for the robbery. This dude Griff chased Marty around the town square for like 10 minutes with a baseball bat all while being very loud and disturbing the peace, not to mention beating someones ass in a restaurant, and no police ever showed lol.
in the "original" timeline, Jr agreed to do the robbery in the cafe, so no chasing around town square. ---
