| Malfunction 10/28/19 12:34:50 PM #5: | lol i have considered that i feel like this is something that's often presented as an issue you need to 'man up' in relation to and tbh i resent that!!! also, fwiw, it's definitely a structural issue. the agent has actually admitted as much in a previous email chain and basically just tells people that it's their responsibility and ignores follow up lol. ...
