Amazon does that stuff to prevent everyone from complaining about every order being a problem and trying to get a bunch of shit for free. Maybe. But its also not his fault. He waits for a while. And the post office is the one losing the packages. And sending that information back to Amazon. And its his account on Amazon telling him to call back in like 3 days. So, if they flag his account, he just stops using Amazon, I would guess. Its a good site because of pretty good prices (sometimes) and it has like everything you could order on the site. But if they keep using USPS and they keep losing packages, maybe he wouldnt mind having to stop. Plus, its not his fault they lose his packages. And then deliver weeks late... And technically, of Amazon does call his local USPS or whoever lost the package and they really say they lost it, I mean, then they would know its not really his fault...
