It there is evidence overlooked, that doesnt really seem like wasted time. Or if there is new evidence. Or something that proves that something was unfair. Or really anything. In the end, its not up to me to decide what counts as wasted time. But its punishment for that. If you dont understand that, I dont know what to tell you. But its obviously not punishment for questioning the state or that would mean to punish anyone who appeals at all. And I didnt say that. Only when time is wasted.
