Free items. After the 3 days (sometimes, he waits longer) he calls Amazon and they refund him. Then like a week or two later, when he forgets about it, he gets the items. Sometimes, he already went to the store to get it. Sometimes, he hasn't yet. They just said they lost a vacuum a few days ago. So he called and they refunded him. And maybe next week of the week after, he may get them. They do the same thing to his brother's packages, as well... The reason he gets the refund is because they don't always come.
