Modern Palestinians are descendants of original inhabitants of Israel but they are culturally Arab now. To say they have more of a claim to Israel than modern Israelis is treading onto the territory that the Jewish state of Israel shouldn't exist. Most Israelis and Palestinians want a two-state solution, and that would probably go a long way to solve problems that exist now.
