How bad is thw work life balance? Yup. I liked my former company but it got political. But there is a new VP now actively working on addressing things. She and I have been speaking. I do like her and think she will bring some good things. As for this other company, one of the interviewers mentioned he works from 7am to 6-9 pm. And said if I wanted a 9 to 5 job this wasnt it.
