There are countless crazy things proposed to be laws, which is why it's only worth examining the things that either are laws or stand a very good chance of passing. A lot of the other proposed laws are just publicity stunts, like that one legislator who wanted to make a law requiring men swear on a Bible to only use viagra when having sex with their spouse. The thing is this has a real chance of becoming law, which is why its in the news now. Its just that *if it passes* its almost certain to be shot down in court. --- Que sera, sera.
