So for instance I say something to the effect of how ridiculous I find the current situation in the US is with regards to the amount of genders there are. I make an OTT post in olde English jokingly in another topic, WHAM, it could be interpreted as flaming!! Sure, it could be, I guess, but its clearly just silliness. But hey at least the admin reduced it. Point is though, its like how they could only pin tax evasion on al capone and threw the book at him because they couldnt for the other stuff.
