| RAAAWWWRRR 10/22/19 2:25:00 PM #23: | My dad has worked hard through his whole life as a construction worker. He is still very strong today at age 57. He's only 5'5" or 5-7" in his prime. I'm currently only 23, and 5'9". Yet, i'm weaker than him hahaha. I believe my dad would beat me in a fight. I'm been a football (soccer) player for a long time so i'm usually more focused on speed/agility than building strengths. What i'm so thankful for is the "young" genetics I got from my parents. They are over their 50's, yet look pretty young (40's).
