Typically with the way working out works, you want to at least push yourself to where you are in the mood to relax for the rest of the day. As you stated in the first post, most people often do choose to play video games post gym, as it's not a physically intense activity. You could also stretch to ensure you body stays loose. The most important thing is that you take it easy and allow your muscles as well as you CNS to recover. Also, asking CE what to do with your free time?
