He said the money was held temporarily to make sure there was no corruption. Thats not illegal.

He said the investigation into the DNC was part of the reason the money was held up. That's called putting extra stipulations on money that has already been allocated by congress.

Watch the whole video, not this edited one. He gave 3 reasons for why the money was held, and corruption in the Ukraine was part of all 3.

Yes, the corruption in Ukraine was one reason. The investigation into the DNC was another reason.

Holding up funds that have been allocated by adding extra stipulations like investigating the DNC is unconstitutional as the supreme court has already ruled. Not sure what's so hard about this.

He gave 3 reasons. This is his exact words-

The holding of the money had nothing to do with Biden". There were 3 factors involved

1) The corruption in the country
2) Whether or not other countries were participating in the support of Ukraine
3)Whether or not they were cooperating in an ongoing investigation with the department of justice.(referencing the 2016 election and U.S. Attorney John Durham)

So if the money had to do with Biden, why did he say it didn't? Or should we ignore that part? All you're doing is attempting to play word games from a guy who can't seem to talk very well (ironically), while using an edited video to further exploit it.
