I dont think its possible for the puck to leave the ice and then get a goal. The second the puck leaves the rink the play gets blown down and a penalty is sometimes handed out. A few examples are listed here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delay_of_game_(ice_hockey)

Alright nevermind. I was confused by the question because the puck can obviously get picked-up, yes. Leaving the ice means its left the playing area.

Its almost impossible for any shot not to lift the puck off of the ice.
