I went on a diet that included 2 bowls of oatmeal a day. The first few days nothing changed then like the 3rd or 4th day the dam broke. Multiple shits a day - all urgent. Forget about running to the bathroom also. Any sudden movement could result in disaster. I ended up carrying an extra pair of boxers to work for a while. It was living dangerously.
I gave up the diet after about 10 days.
I did lose weight though.

though it's not that urgent for me. it's pretty controlled tbh. if it was diarrhea it'd be pretty shitty
