Topic	I think I get sleep paralysis while falling asleep

I'm awake, but my eyes are closed and I could feel my hands barely moving as I try to force myself awake. What gets me is when my mind plays tricks on me making me think I'm actually getting out of bed. Like I can see and feel myself getting out of bed, but then a second or two later, I'm back in the position I started. It's weird. Yeah, that seems even harder to explain. Sounds like you're not completely conscious and partly in the dream realm or something.
