At worst it sounds like he might yell at her and get himself fired. Honestly, I'd ask him if he wants an HR rep in there with him when he talks to her. It's their job to make sure that he is able to communicate his feelings in a non threatening manner and that they can come to a solution. Tell him that women can find how he talks a little aggressive and recommend HR go with him. Dude is actually trying his best to be an adult here. He's just going about it poorly.
