How significant of a downgrade from Bernie is Warren

vPoy8WB

This makes sense because I prefer Warren over Sanders and even though he has fancier tacos, he has disgusting garbage toppings on them like onions and cilantro so I can't eat those >_>

Friendship ended

not for the politics but for your terribly unrefined taco palate

Onions are too strong. There are very few cases where I can handle them. Cilantro is a genetic thing. You wouldn't eat anything that tastes like pine-sol mixed with mold >_>. Unfortunately due to a genetic characteristic, that is what it tastes like to me. If you taste anything else, it is because you have a genetic trait that makes you resistant to the taste of aldehyde chemicals, so they don't do anything and you whatever background flavors cilantro has. I can't detect any of those background flavors because my sensitivity makes those chemical flavors absolutely overwhelming. I wish there was an actual way for me to experience the flavors that people who like cilantro taste, but as far as know, no such thing exists. The first time I tried it, I didn't know what it was and it was made into a sauce that I mistook for basil pesto (which I absolutely love). It was actually a legit traumatic experience. I literally thought the food had been poisoned >_<

Ooh that sucks. My SIL is actually allergic to cilantro but I?m not sure if that?s related.

I feel bad for you, it actually is really good. Then again it?s not like I use it all that often outside of tacos.

However we make this thing called cowboy caviar which uses cilantro and it?s one of my favorite dishes ever.

Yeah. I don't even get to know what it's supposed to taste like >_<

I've tried to get people to tell me what else it tastes like to them but no one ever actually answers me or has something else to compare it to.

As for onions, they are just too overpowering. My mother made some alfredo lasagna dish once when I was visiting and used like 1/4 of what the recipe called for of onions. I couldn't tell ya what else was in it because I couldn't taste anything but onions. I can eat them in big macs because the flavor is subtle, and I can eat certain onion rings, or when they are super cooked down, like in soups/stews. Also dried onions or onion powder (like spice jar stuff) are fine.
