And unfortunately the masses aren't listening to the message, no matter how many times it's said or who it comes from.
It's less a case of "no matter" and more "due to".
When you're constantly being bombarded by repetitive whining from generally repugnant people who won't shut the fuck up about it, you're actually far more likely to reject their message entirely and assume the exact opposite is true.
Most of the people online complaining about Trump are actually his biggest supporters, because by voicing their disdain in the most annoying and pointless way possible, they're galvanizing people who already support him and people who would otherwise be on the fence about him to ignore criticism and continue to support him.
Plus, when you get used to ignoring the childish outrage over whatever his last tweet was or whatever new insignificant thing people whine about each day, it makes it easier and easier to ignore/miss the actual legitimate things people should be upset about. Which in turn allows him to get away with more.
The ironic part is, Trump himself is fully aware of this, and he deliberately exploits it. And it may help carry him to a second term, laughing the entire time.
I get the feeling that you didn't listen to the video and just assumed it was another "Trump is bad and must be removed" message. Would I be correct?
