Oh, Batman has hired a stuntman who's been given state of the art plastic surgery to look just like Bruce Wayne and been trained to perfectly mimic his mannerisms. Superman has a never-used-elsewhere superpower to create a hologram of Clark Kent whenever he needs to. And the Flash is able to move so fast that he can send a copy of himself forward through time to act as himself! Just admit it's dumb and roll with it. They're not convincing the people who laugh at the whole "glasses make Superman unrecognisable" thing, and fans can see past it anyway.
