As someone who put on 80lbs this year, non-fat definitely seems the way to go. Isn't skim non fat? you know what. It probably is and I'm confusing it with soy milk. it's just when I see categories of milk, it usually list non-fat as a separate category instead of "skim milk" It's 100% me making an incredibly dumb mistake.
