I'd disagree. A nervous wreck in an interview is not someone I'd aspire to hire.

Being nervous in an interview doesnt mean they are not suitable for the job. Its natural to be nervous in an interview. Any good employer will see past the nerves.


That's a completely valid stance but it's not one that employers share. Despite you being selected for an interview, the interview is still what they consider the "first impression"

Thats true, but nerves arent nescessarily negative except for certain situations. id say if its for an acting roles or if the nerves are interview-crippling then yeah its bad. But if someone just sounds a bit nervous in their voice, fidgets a little bit etc its fine.
