Plus with some solid advisers to handle affairs her charisma would probably matter more than any actual leadership abilities. Pretty much the only way it would be an issue would be if she both never married and refused to listen to her advisers. Not saying it wouldn't be better if she was a capable leader, because it certainly would be, but all she *really* has to do is be a figurehead.
