When I hear bullying, I think of people doing mean/cruel acts towards another person for nothing other than their own enjoyment. This sounds like revenge - in the moment, the girl probably thought she was in the right for doing it. So not bullying... but a case of a friend being a complete asshole. As for should her actions be labeled as criminal? I honestly dont know. I can absolutely see the case for holding her accountable, but at the same time, is revealing someones secret something that should be considered a crime? Thats a tough one. I honestly dont know which way to lean on it.
