Why are you focusing on Muhammad specifically? The nail in the coffin is that Muhammad was constantly maligned by his contemporary detractors but never once for this. Her age is unknown and speculated to have been as large as 19, and as another user said she was considered Muhammads equal. She preached and was involved in the community as much as him. She was also engaged prior to being engaged to Muhammad.
