Ok. So like...even if she had been found to have classified work emails on her private server that were classified at the time she put them there, the precedent up to that point was no one had ever gone to prison for such a crime so it was unlikely she would have anyway.

But let's say it was a possibility. How exactly would Trump's Justice Dept. have managed to prove her guilt, keeping in mind that it would've had to be proven to be intentionally done as well?
He had the chance to do it, and tried. His own team realized there was no case and dropped it.

I do think there should be stricter laws and enforcement of that stuff going forward, sure. But they had nothing to try her on. I don't like her, either, and didn't vote for her (Gary Johnson for me). But face facts for once.
