| Crepes 09/25/19 6:53:24 PM #21: | I get that vaping is meant to be less harmful that smoking but I wonder how many new young people have started vaping in the last five years that wouldnt have otherwise. Also isnt the main concern with the deaths around dodgy unregulated thc vape juices?
