Topic	Tfw you just want to quit a horribly toxic job

Well he technically got laid off but I encouraged him to take his time and pick something he was sure about. He took 6 months. Though a lot of that was because he had a hard time getting interviews. But if he felt bad about a place I encouraged him to hold off. It set us back financially though. So there is added pressure on me to stick through this.
